Annual Southampton Property Association CPD Event

SPA Annual CPD Conference 2019

The SPA are hosting their annual CPD Conference this year on the 5 April 2019 at the newly renovated Mayflower Theatre. For several years this event has sold out and with membership at an all time high of over 440-460 we hope to continue this trend bringing you a chance to network and gain valuable CPD points at a fraction of the usual cost.

As has become traditional at our CPD events we will start with networking over hot drinks and pastries around 8.30am before the first speaker at 9am. There will be further networking opportunities throughout the morning with a coffee break around 10.30 and a buffet lunch from 12.30/1pm.

For the third year running Paris Smith LLP, an established law firm in Southampton and Winchester have agreed to sponsor this event. Paris Smith have one of the largest property legal teams in the southern region advising on all legal areas related to the property sector including specialist planning and property litigation teams. This leaves all the proceeds from ticket sales to go towards the Association's charity of the year, The Society of St James.

Southampton Solent University Tour of the Sports Complex & Maritime Simulator Centre

Time: 11:30 am to 1:00 pm

Venue: Southampton Solent University East Park Terrace Southampton Hampshire SO14 0YN

We are very lucky to have been given the chance for members to take a sneak preview of the brand new £25 million sports centre and also the newly commissioned navigation facility. The visit lasts about 90 minutes and there is no charge to SPA members, but numbers are restricted to 30 people, meeting up at the Spark reception. Sorry, no car parking is available on site.

11.45am – Tour of the Sports Complex
