After the success of last year please join the SPA and the BPA for the second Summer ball!

The evening is being held on Friday 15th June at the prestigious Beaulieu National Motor Museum in Brockenhurst.

In order to work more collaboratively with the BPA we are hosting this event jointly and it will be a great opportunity for your company to network with property professionals from across the South Coast.

The summer ball’s theme is masquerade and black tie so get your masks at the ready for a night of vintage cars, jazz music, fancy raffle, drinking and networking. There are only 240 places available so make sure you reserve your place soon.

The format of the evening:

  • 6:30pm – Arrival

Take time to look at Vintage Motors and enjoy the Drinks Reception

  • 8pm – Dinner

Start the Vintage three course dinner including wine.

  • 9:30pm – Jazz Band Entertainment

Have your dance shoes at the ready and enjoy the jazz band that will take you back to the roaring 1920’s era.

  • 10:30-10:45pm – Raffle prize announcement

Take a break from all the dancing and tke part in the fancy raffle.

  • 10:45–11:30pm – Jazz Band Entertainment

Continue busting your moves on the dance until the end of the night.

  • 12am – Carriages.

Moving onto the important bit…. Cost:

  • Single tickets = £69 (per person)
  • Table of 10 = £650 (£65 per person)

Your ticket includes entry into Beaulieu to see some of the most fabulous classic motors (entrance fee to Beaulieu is RRP £25pp) making this ticket cost extremely good value.

Southampton (SPA) v Portsmouth (BPA) Cricket Match June 27th 2018

Time: 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Our annual match against the Portsmouth Property Association is scheduled to take place on the 27th June 2018 at the home of Portsmouth Cricket Club. We remain holders of the trophy, and SPA honour is at stake!

Naomi House SPA & PPA Charity Golf Day

The SPA and PPA have teamed up with Naomi House to run a charity Golf Day on Wednesday 4th July.

On course competitions & refreshments, trophies and prizes will all make for a fun packed day, whilst raising money for Naomi House.

Beat your Property Professionals on the race track?

Race wheel to wheel, sitting only inches (mm) off the ground at 60mph, four abreast into the first corner – this is the closest thing you will get to motor racing without a licence.

The joint RICS/SPA/PPA Charity Karting day is this year at Thruxton Kart Centre (just off the A303 west of Andover) a circuit which is perfect for this type of event.


As part of RICS’ 150-year anniversary in 2018, it is partnering with LandAid, the property industry charity, to deliver an inspirational programme to help end youth homelessness and deliver the biggest ever single fundraising initiative in LandAid’s history.

RICS is committed in the South East to raise £345,000 which will provide 23 bed spaces for young people at risk of homelessness. More details can be found in our South East Toolkit here at

Professionally organised competition with race marshals, timekeepers and the use of 20 Thruxton Thunderkarts. Teams (of four or five) compete in an Endurance Race, deciding on driver changes (three compulsory pit stops), fuel stops, driver order and overall race management. The winner being the team which has completed the most laps within the race duration.

Come and race against fellow professionals in the property and construction market, enjoying the sensation of speed and power at this fabulous networking event whilst at the same time helping to raise money for Pledge 150 LandAid in the South East.

Food and refreshments will be available during the afternoon.

The main purpose of the event is to raise money for Pledge 150, Land Aid, the RICS’s sponsored charity in this, its 150th year. It should also provide an ideal opportunity for networking amongst property and construction professionals.


Racing overalls, helmets and gloves are provided. Competitors should bring trainers for driving and a spare set of clothes to change into after racing in the event of wet weather.

Please note the use of helmet cameras is not permitted by Thruxton Karting.

Please note: Late arrivals will only be allowed to race at the discretion of the Race Director.


Upon registering for the Thruxton Charity Karting activity you hereby agree to hold RICS/SPA/PPA harmless and make no claim, demand or bring any action against RICS/SPA/PPA, either alone or jointly with others, for any personal injury or other loss or damage. No Man's Land Fort, also referred to as No Man's Fort, is a sea fort in the Solent, near Portsmouth, England. It is one of the Palmerston Forts built between 1867 and 1880 after the recommendations of the 1859 Royal Commission. It is 200 feet in diameter, and lies 2.2 kilometres off the coast of the Isle of Wight.
