SUMMARY:Southampton Property Association Annual General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Dear Member\nWe are delighted to return once more to the beautiful surroundings of the University Officers’ mess in Carlton Place for the SPA 2026 AGM. \n \nI therefore give formal notice of the 79th Annual General Meeting of Southampton Property Association to be held at 6.30 pm on Monday\, 19th January 2026 at the University of Southampton Officers’ Training Corps\, 32 Carlton Place\, Southampton SO15 2DX.\n \nThe customary drinks reception is at 5.30 pm with the AGM at 6.30 pm\, followed by an entertaining talk from Zoe Hanson at 7.00 pm.   All timings are of course approximate.\n \nThere is no charge to members for the evening\, but because of the sensitivity of the location members need to advise please that they are to attend by emailing info@southamptonpropertyassociation.co.uk   Regrettably\, we may be unable to admit those who have not done so\, or indeed should the number proposing to attend reach the building’s authorised capacity.\n\n The AGM Agenda and the minutes of last year’s AGM are enclosed.  I do hope you will be able to attend.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYours sincerely\n \n \nChris Clark BSc FRICS MCIArb\n \nSPA Honorary Secretary\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n79th AGM Agenda 2026 \n78th AGM minutes
