DESCRIPTION:On behalf of the Southampton Property Association (SPA)\, I am delighted to invite you to our Annual Charity Ball\, taking place on 6th November 2025 at Winchester Guildhall\, in support of Parkinsons UK. \nWe are very lucky to be able to enjoy the evening in the newly refurbish Bapsy Hall!  \nThe SPA Annual Charity Ball is a highlight in the region’s property and business calendar. It brings together key professionals from across the property sector\, including developers\, surveyors\, architects\, planners\, investors\, and legal professionals.  \nThis prestigious evening of networking\, fine dining\, entertainment\, and philanthropy offers an excellent platform for your brand to gain exposure among industry leaders while making a meaningful impact. \nDrinks Reception at 7pm for sit down at 7.30pm \nCarriages 12am \nDress Code: Black Tie \n There will be a cash collection for the ‘Heads & Tails’ game as is tradition (£10 pp)\, however the bar and raffle will be cash-free.   \nThere will be an opportunity to pre-order drinks to your table and we will be in touch regarding these orders shortly. \n
