Dear Member We are delighted to return once more to the beautiful surroundings of the University Officers' mess in Carlton Place for the SPA 2025 AGM. I therefore give formal notice of the 78th Annual General Meeting of Southampton Property Association to be held at 6.30 pm on Monday, 20th January 2025 at the University of Southampton Officers' Training Corps building, 32 Carlton Place, Southampton SO15 2DX.  The customary drinks reception is at 5.30 pm with the AGM at 6.30 pm.  Professor Helen Carr of Southampton University will deliver a CPD talk at 7.00 pm, and we close proceedings with the declaration of the ballot for the 2025 committee.   All timings are of course approximate. A secret ballot for 12 committee places will be held at the AGM and only those members present at the AGM can vote.  No proxy votes will be accepted.
