Welcome to the new area on the SPA website! The SPA Committee have set up this page for members to share insights about their specialities and businesses.

All members are invited to prepare short articles about their profession or on a property related topic to be posted here for us all to enjoy.

We hope this page will help members share with each other interests, common causes and client networking connections that they would like to make. The articles will also help us all, particularly junior members in our network learn more about the property profession and the different roles we play in it.

The only rules we have are:

• Articles should be 500 words or fewer;
• Low resolution JPEG images may be attached;
• Only articles prepared by members of the Association will be published;
• Property related topics only - please ask if you are uncertain;
• If your topic is too similar to an article we have recently posted then we may suggest delaying posting or adjusting the angle;
• Editors will have full discretion and will make the final decision whether to post your article.
