As of the 1st January 2025 our annual subscription is £40 per person. Membership runs from the 1st of January every year.

Please note our criteria when applying for membership to the SPA are as follows:
(1) Professional, rather than manual activity
(2) Substantially property related
(3) Business principally within the Southampton area
Your application will be reviewed by the committee when they next meet and the SPA reserve the right to revoke your membership. A full refund will be issued if this is the case.
If you would like to make a company payment for multiple individuals please in the first instance email a list of required renewals/signups to our membership secretary Sarah SaWard@savills.com. We will then advise on payment and will renew/enrol your members for you.
