Nella Pang re-instated as Chairman of the Southampton Property Association

The 70th Annual General Meeting of the Southampton Property Association held recently at The White Building, Cumberland Place, Southampton, sponsored by Ashville Asset Management, saw Nella Pang re-installed as chairman for her second year of office.

Nella reported that the association hosted 36 events throughout 2016 from skiing, quiz, cricket, football, golf and the main event of the year, the Annual charity ball with a Strictly Come Dancing theme attendedby over 250 property professionals raising £6,500 for Wessex Heartbeat and Countess Mountbatten.

She said “ 2017 is going to be another exciting year with more events in the pipeline and I would like to thank the committee for their support in 2016 and reminded all that subscriptions for 2017 were now due.”

A ballot of members was held to form a new committee for 2017 and Nella would like to welcome new committee members Ian Barwick, Nicky Davis, Steve Fahey, Sarah Smith, Linden Talbot and Joe Walker.

Following the AGM a very informative and inspirational talk was given by Vanessa Ugatti from – The True Worth Expert. A Coach, Trainer, Speaker & Author on "how to maximise fees and charging rates"
