This information is collected when you register to join the SPA. All of our processing of your personal information is based on your consent.
From time to time we may take photographs at events for promotional use on our website and social media. If you do not consent to be photographed please inform an SPA committee member at the event.
If you provide your business card to sponsors at events, this information is not passed on to us.
We collect your information to keep a record of members and to send information about future events organised by us. The list of our members is also available for anybody to view on our website.

When you register to join the SPA we will ask you if you would like to opt in to receive marketing emails from the SPA. We would like to send you details of upcoming events which may be of interest to you.

We will keep your information for as long as you remain a member of the SPA. If you cease to be a member for any reason, we will keep your information for 12 months after your membership has ended.
