Join us for a wreath making workshop for members of the Southampton Property Association, at the inspiring and festive Design Chapel. Get into the Christmas spirit and be creative at our wreath making workshop. You’ll learn the art of making a beautiful wreath starting with a 15” (30cm) dried vine wreath ring and a selection of winter foliage. You can then decorate in your own personal style from a large choice of natural accessories and ribbons. Our experienced instructors Rachel & Jane will guide you through the process with as much help as you need. All materials will be supplied inc refreshments. Bring a friend or come solo it's a wonderful opportunity to network with fellow property professionals, have fun and release your inner creativity. Dear Member We are delighted to return once more to the beautiful surroundings of the University Officers' mess in Carlton Place for the SPA 2026 AGM.    I therefore give formal notice of the 79th Annual General Meeting of Southampton Property Association to be held at 6.30 pm on Monday, 19th January 2026 at the University of Southampton Officers' Training Corps, 32 Carlton Place, Southampton SO15 2DX.   The customary drinks reception is at 5.30 pm with the AGM at 6.30 pm, followed by an entertaining talk from Zoe Hanson at 7.00 pm.   All timings are of course approximate.   There is no charge to members for the evening, but because of the sensitivity of the location members need to advise please that they are to attend by emailing info@southamptonpropertyassociation.co.uk   Regrettably, we may be unable to admit those who have not done so, or indeed should the number proposing to attend reach the building’s authorised capacity.  The AGM Agenda and the minutes of last year’s AGM are enclosed.  I do hope you will be able to attend. We’re looking forward to welcoming our members to this month’s Friday Frolics, which will be held at Mama’s Kitchen, Southampton. This gathering will be particularly meaningful, as it will be one of the final opportunities to host an event before the venue sadly closes its doors. Mama’s Kitchen is a valued part of Southampton’s independent hospitality scene, and we know many of our members will have enjoyed meetings, coffees, lunches and celebrations there. It has always provided a welcoming setting for conversation and connection - something that aligns perfectly with the spirit of our monthly networking events. Oh, and it just so happens the food is fantastic too. Thankfully, we're pleased to say, the truck and events side of the business will still be running for private hire.
